Posting a symptom

Tap the + button on your dashboard.

Type the symptom you're observing in your pet.

Add a possible trigger (optional) — e.g. 'after eating chicken'.

Select severity: Mild, Moderate, or Severe.

Choose a relevant community tag if applicable (e.g. #Allergies).

Tap Post — your post appears in the community feed anonymously.

The ME TOO button

Browse the community feed.

If you see a symptom your pet also experiences, tap ME TOO.

This adds your count but remains completely anonymous.

You can remove your ME TOO by tapping again.

ME TOO counts help the entire community identify shared symptoms.

Editing your pet's profile

Go to Settings → Pet Profile.

You can update your pet's name, breed, age, weight, and photo.

Health conditions, medications, and allergies can also be edited here.

Changes save instantly.

Connecting your vet

Go to Settings → Connect with Vet.

Search for your vet by name or clinic.

Your vet must be registered as a verified provider on PawPact.

Once connected, your vet can view your pet's private medications and conditions.

You can disconnect at any time.

Finding pet care help (Jobs)

Go to the Jobs tab from the main menu.

Enter your ZIP code to see nearby caregivers and services.

Filter by service type: walking, grooming, vet transport, pet sitting, etc.

Review the caregiver's profile and star ratings.

Book and pay securely in-app. PawPact takes a 5% service fee.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Delete Account.

Read the confirmation notice — this deletes ALL your data permanently.

Tap Confirm Deletion.

Your account, pet profile, posts, ME TOOs, and messages are immediately and irreversibly deleted.
