How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data: pet profile, posts, ME TOOs, and messages. It cannot be undone.

Why are my posts anonymous?

PawPact is built on anonymity. Your posts appear under your anonymous ID — never your real name. Your pet's name and photo are visible, but never linked to you.

Is ME TOO anonymous?

Yes. Nobody can see who ME TOO'd a post — only the total count.

How do I connect my vet?

Go to Settings → Connect with Vet. Your vet must be registered as a verified provider on PawPact. You can disconnect at any time.

Is my pet's health data private?

Your pet's health conditions, medications, and allergies are private — only visible to you and the vet you connect with. Symptoms you post in the community feed are visible anonymously.

Is PawPact available on iOS/Android?

Yes. PawPact is available on iOS and Android. It also works as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can add it to your home screen from your browser.

Can I change the language?

Yes. Use the EN/ES toggle at the top of any page or in Settings → Language to switch between English and Spanish.

What is Jobs?

PawPact Jobs is a marketplace where you can hire dog walkers, groomers, pet sitters, and more in your area. Filter by ZIP code, review profiles and ratings, and pay securely in-app.
